Location
Apiron is located in Fira, on the famous caldera. The restaurant is only a five minute stroll away from the Cathedral, along the pedestrian road, home to all of the island’s most exclusive boutiques and jewelry stores (the famous Gold street).
Specialties
Apiron’s cuisine is proudly traditional. Menus feature all of the island’s best loved dishes as well as a selection of classic Greek specialties. All-time favorites include sea-bass fricassee, and the chef’s legendary shrimps kritharotto. Needless to say, the fish is always wonderfully fresh and clients can even ask to cook a favourite recipe with one day notice!
The wine list features several of the finest Greek wines.
