On July 7th, Vedema celebrated the closure of its participation in 2013 Gastronomy Year in Santorini. All the wineries that had been conducted wine tasting in our premises these two weeks were gathered and conducted one final wine tasting for the guests of the hotel.
At the same time, our chef was passing around canapés of all special menus that we had these two weeks, all based on Santorinis local products: fava beans, cherry tomatoes, capers, white eggplants, Vinsanto, zucchini, chloro cheese. Enjoy!
